  1. Open an IRA account with a fund manager which allows you to self direct your IRA funds (Called your Custodian).
  2. Rollover funds to American IRA, LLC (or other custodian of your choice) from your current custodian (Fidelity, Swab, etc.).
  3. Self direct funds to closing.
  4. You earn 8%
  5. When the property sells (Closes), funds are sent directly back to your custodian.
  6. You decide if you do it again!
